Refund policy

Thank you for shopping and purchasing products from our official site. For eligible products, we have a 3-day return policy from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return. Which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging with all accessories intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the rights to refuse a return that do not meet the above criteria.

If your return is accepted, please contact us at official@wdivision.sg, to obtain instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for all return shipping fees and costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

In the case of Fraud orders, you are responsible for the payment providers processing fees. This is also applicable for orders not officially authorized by you. We reserve the rights to deduct the payment processing fees and only refund the remaining balance to you.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Strictly no return, exchange or refund for any orders that are in good condition but with damaged packaging, due to improper handling by shipping courier services.

Excluded items and not eligible for return :

  • All brand new and sealed gaming devices products, laptops, monitors and accessories. Except JSAUX products.
  • All pre ordered items are not eligible for return. Except JSAUX products.
  • Products ordered in error due to compatibility issues that's not properly checked by buyer before purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns.
  • Any lost or damaged items in transit during the return process.
  • Any orders with damaged packaging due to improper handling by shipping courier services.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Warranty
Products with international warranty coverage and without local warranty, will have to be shipped back to the country of origin of purchase to claim the warranty. If require, we provide assistance on RMA process and you are responsible for all shipping fees and costs involved. Products can still be serviced locally, only without warranty coverage.

Products with local warranty, can be claimed directly with the manufacturer or from us. There is no warranty coverage for any accidental damage.

There is no local warranty coverage unless it is specified clearly on the product description that it is "LOCAL WARRANTY".


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Any shipping costs paid by you when making your purchase will not be refunded.
